That photo looks very familiar. I’m guessing that the original was taken by Jonathan Losos of a male Anolis lividus on Montserrat on 31 July 1992. I say that because I have an almost identical photo (minus the holiday decorations) of what appears to be the very same lizard (and perch), though judging by the angles, Jonathan was standing to the left of me (and the above image is reversed).
