Odd-Looking Belizean Anole

Bill Rainey observed this lizardĀ on a restored portion of one temple at Altun Ha, an ancient Mayan city in modern-day Belize, in an area shaded by trees. Anyone know what it is?

    Looks like it could be a Ghost Anole or a Lichen Anole.
