Professor of Biology and Director of the Living Earth Collaborative at Washington University in Saint Louis. I've spent my entire professional career studying anoles and have discovered that the more I learn about anoles, the more I realize I don't know.
I once saw a fight in Miami where one Knight Anole crunched so hard on the other individual that it cracked its head right down the middle. The crunched guy gave up shortly after that, Paul Richards and I caught it, cleaned up the wound, super glued it back together and eventually released it back. It seemed good when we released him.
