Stephanie Zembillas, who posted this photo on Twitter and another on Tumblr, had this to say: “I wanted a picture of a moth, but an anole wanted lunch. We made a compromise.”

    The antennae suggest its a skipper butterfly (family Hesperiidae).

  2. Entomologist Dr. Wenhua Lu, of The Conservation Agency, opines: Yes, definitely a “skipper.” Family Hesperidae. But whether a skipper is really a butterfly is debatable….
